Evening baby sitter multiple nights per week for three kids

We have three children (8,6,4), and I am looking for a college to 20-ish woman for evening baby-sitting. We have a great history with long term sitters, and so we are looking for a personable, outgoing, smart gal that can become a regular sitter with guarantees of two to three nights per week and occasional overnights.

We are a close family and are looking for someone that we can enjoy and get to know. I am a stay-at-home mom and generally only need help in the late afternoon for activities or evenings out.

This help would include occasional light cooking or light cleanup and getting the kids through the bedtime routine. Occasional driving to activities could evolve, but is not required. We have two dogs, and occasional pet sitting could also be added. We live in the Kalorama neighborhood of DC and are looking for someone familiar with the district.
